REARDAN, Wash., Nov. 11—-A public library was started last evening. The program included instrumental and vocal music and addresses by Professor H. A. Bradley, superintendent of the Reardan schools, and the Rev. William Shoeler, pastor of the Lutheran church. Over 100 books were donated toward the library.<br />
