DAVENPORT, Wash, Nov. 18,—Contract for replacing the recently condemned Nee bridge, across the Spokane river at Lincoln, with a steel bridge has been awarded by Lincoln and Stevens counties’ commissioners to the Union Bridge company, Portland, Ore, for $18,100, Lincoln county will pay 60 per cent and Stevens county 40 per cent,&lt;br /&gt;
