given to John Freeman for the<br />
grade school principalship.<br />

He is a graduate of Washington<br />
State university and is completing<br />
his work for his master’s<br />
degree in school administration<br />
at Eastern Washington College of<br />
Education at Cheney.<br />

Freeman, a grade school<br />
coach, was recently elected president<br />
of the Lincoln county unit<br />
of the Washington Education<br />
association, He replaces G. W.<br />
Bannon, who resigned to accept<br />
a position at Kettle Falls.<br />

Contracts were approved for<br />
Donald Anderson, a graduate for<br />
EWCE, for commercial teacher;<br />
Carol Ullery, also an EWCE<br />
graduate, for the fifth grade, and<br />
Barbara Danis, presently<br />
teaching at Wallace, for high school<br />
English speech and dramatics.<br />
