worth $844,674, according to<br />
papers filed at the county clerk's<br />
office today by Attorney Clyde<br />
H. Belknap.<br />

included bank accounts,<br />
stocks and bonds and real<br />
estate in Spokane.<br />

In a will, he left his wife,<br />
E. Rose Mattes, their home at<br />
E427 Twenty-fourth, plus an<br />
auto and personal effects.<br />

The will also sets up $5,000<br />
trust funds for two grandsons,<br />
Howard M. and Edward N. Crosby,<br />
E14709 Broadway; gives<br />
$1,000 each to two daughters,<br />
Katherine Laing, S724 Monroe,<br />
and Margaret Crosby, E14709<br />
Broadway, and leaves the income<br />
from the rest equally to<br />
