Both were listed in serious condition late Wednesday.<br /> <br /> State Patrol troopers said Mann’s car was going east on Highway 2 when it struck the rear of the truck towing a chemical spray applicator on a trailer. The truck apparently had stopped, troopers said.<br /> <br /> The driver of the truck was Ned B.
