F.F.A. Livestock Judging Team

The Reardan F. F. A. judging team participated in five contests last fall and four this spring.

Odessa—August 27, 1954

Our first contest was at Odessa where we placed second among four teams competing. Leroy Remmer was third highest individual and Ed Brommer ranked fifth.

Spokane Interstate Fair—Sept. 4, 1954

At this fair we ranked ninth out of a group of fifteen teams competing. Walter Clouse placed among the top ten.

Lincoln County Fair—Sept. 11, 1954

The Reardan team placed second at this event. Tom Schultz took the honor of being the second highest individual scorer and John Humphrey was the third highest individual scorer.

Ritzville—Sept. 18, 1954

At Ritzville we placed sixth out of fourteen teams competing, with Ed Brommer ranking with the top ten individual scorers.

Pacific International Livestock Show—October 23, 1954

Leroy Remmers, Rodger Hein and Ed Brommer judged at Portland and placed thirty-third out of fifty-six teams competing. Honors however, go to Ed Brommer who placed as third highest individual scorer.

Ritzville—April 16, 1955

This spring our first contest was at Ritzville. Here we placed second out of ten teams competing. Neil Schmitt was high point boy at the contest. Tom Schultz was fifth.

St. John—April 23, 1955

At St. John we ranked sixth among fourteen teams competing, Neil Schmitt was eleventh in individual scoring honors.

Davenport Preview—April 9, 1955

There was no team competition at this contest. Charles Meye placed first and Tom Schultz, third,

Spokane Junior Livestock Show—May 5, 1955

The team judged at this show.
