Reardan Bank Sues on $9552 Note.
DAVENPORT, Wash., Aug. 1.—The Farmers’ State bank of Reardan has filed suit against Ralph Hyde Chick and others, seeking to recover $9562 on notes and $782 for money advanced to purchase seed wheat. Walter Ryder, Reardan, was named receiver in this action, and was authorized to harvest the crop and sell what is necessary to pay for the harvest.
