This is a rare photo of the stage with the overhead rafters. These rafters are perpendicular to the stage implying that the roof sloped upward from the stage as it would have had to if the stage was in a side extension to the first gym. A stage in the Stevenson building should not have had sloping roof rafters as the building has a flat roof. Back of stage is a park scene. (Held by the Reardan Memorial Library)
